1. Data controller

2. Data we process

• Email for registration, sign-in, receipts and service messages.
• Tasks, notes and calendar data that the user enters or connects.
• Settings and service activity, including selected modes, plan and feature use.
• Technical information, including IP address, browser, device and error logs for security and diagnostics.
• Order data, including plan, amount, currency, payment status and transaction identifier. Taksa does not receive or store card details.

Taksa does not use advertising cookies, sell personal data or provide task contents for third-party marketing.

3. Purposes and recipients

Data is used to operate the account, provide and charge for the service, support users, secure the service and comply with law. Necessary data may be processed by hosting and email providers, the language-model provider and Robokassa. Task text is sent to the LLM without the email; card data is handled by Robokassa and the bank. Questions: hello@taksa.top.

4. Security and storage

Core data is stored on a secured server with restricted access and transferred over encrypted connections. Passwords are not stored; sign-in uses a one-time code.

5. Retention and deletion

Account data is kept while the account is used. Deleting the account permanently removes user tasks, notes and settings. Payment, accounting and other mandatory records may be kept for the period required by law.

6. User rights

• Request information, correction, export, restriction or deletion by writing to hello@taksa.top.
• Withdraw consent where processing relies on consent; this does not affect prior lawful processing or records the Operator must retain by law.

7. Policy changes

The current version is always available on this page. Material changes are announced in the service. Continued use after a change takes effect means the user has reviewed the new version.
