Privacy Policy

1. Who we are
Taksa is a personal tool for managing tasks with an AI secretary. The service is run by its operator (the “Operator”). Contact: hello@taksa.top.
2. What data we collect
- Email — for passwordless sign-in: a one-time code is sent to it.
- Tasks and notes that you enter in the app yourself.
- Usage context (the selected mode: “Workday” / “Weeknight” / …).
- System info — IP address, browser/device type (for spam protection and diagnostics).
We do NOT collect third-party tracker data, don't use cookies for advertising, and don't share your tasks with third parties as marketing information.
3. Who we share data with
So Taksa can parse your stream of thoughts, task texts are sent to an external LLM service (a language-model provider). Your email itself is not sent. Sign-in emails with the one-time code are sent through an external email provider.
4. Where data is stored
Data is stored on a secured server of the hosting provider. Access to the server is restricted. We don't store passwords as such — sign-in works via a one-time code.
5. How long we keep data
We keep it while you use Taksa. If you delete your account in settings, we delete all your data (tasks, memory, settings) in a cascade, with no way to recover it.
6. Your rights
- Request an export or full deletion of your data (tasks, memory, settings) — email hello@taksa.top and we'll do it on request.
- Email hello@taksa.top with any other question about data processing.
7. Changes to this policy
If we change anything, we'll update this page. We'll announce significant changes separately in the app at your next sign-in.
