Public Offer and Terms of Use

1. Seller and status of this offer
This document is an offer to enter into an agreement on the terms below. The seller and operator of Taksa is sole proprietor Anna Nikolaevna Beletskaya (official registered name: Индивидуальный предприниматель Белецкая Анна Николаевна), TIN 662320153981, PSRNIE 316965800077129 (the “Operator”).
2. Acceptance and formation of the agreement
The user accepts this offer by checking the acceptance box before payment and pressing the purchase button. The agreement is formed when payment is confirmed. Use of the free version constitutes acceptance of the applicable terms of use.
3. Subject of the agreement
The Operator provides access to the Taksa Pro digital service for the selected period. The service helps organize tasks, notes and calendar data, including with AI. The current Pro features are listed on the pricing page.
4. Price and payment
The price and access period are shown before the order is placed. All payments are processed in Russian rubles through Robokassa. Each purchase is one-time and there are no automatic repeat charges. See Payment, Service Delivery and Refunds.
5. Delivery of the digital service
Pro access is activated automatically after Robokassa confirms payment and lasts 30, 182 or 365 days according to the chosen plan. No physical delivery is involved. The access status and expiry date are shown in the account.
6. Cancellation and refunds
The user may cancel the service as provided by applicable law. Send a request to hello@taksa.top. The procedure, required details and timing are set out in the payment and refund policy.
7. Account and personal data
A working email verified with a one-time code is required. The user is responsible for access to that mailbox. Data processing is governed by the Privacy Policy.
8. Prohibited use
- Using Taksa for unlawful activity, spam, threats or infringement of another person's rights.
- Attempting to access another person's account, data or service infrastructure.
- Overloading the service with automated requests, bypassing limits or interfering with operation.
9. User content and AI
Rights to tasks and notes entered by the user remain with the user. Text fragments may be sent to a language-model provider for parsing as described in the Privacy Policy. AI can make mistakes; the user should review the result and may edit it manually.
10. Availability and liability
The Operator aims to keep the service available but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Taksa is an organization tool and is not a substitute for professional, medical, legal or financial advice. Liability is limited only to the extent permitted by law.
11. Changes, disputes and contact
A new version is published on this page and applies to new orders from its stated date. The parties will try to resolve disputes by written claim first; contact hello@taksa.top. The law of the Russian Federation applies.
