Terms of Use
In effect since June 1, 2026.
1. What Taksa is
Taksa is an online service that helps you organize tasks with the help of an AI assistant. The service is provided free of charge in beta.
2. Registration and access
To use it you need to enter an email and confirm ownership by entering a one-time code from the email. Access may be limited by the Operator (for example, while the beta whitelist is on).
3. What's not allowed
- Using the service for illegal activity, spam, or abuse.
- Trying to access other people's accounts and data.
- Overloading the service with automated requests (rate limits apply).
4. Your content
The tasks, notes and other information you enter remain yours. We don't pass them to third parties except as described in the privacy policy (sending text to an external LLM service for parsing).
5. Liability
The service is provided “as is”. The AI may make mistakes when classifying tasks — that's normal, you can always fix it by hand. The Operator is not liable for the consequences of doing or not doing tasks organized through Taksa.
6. Changes
These terms may change. We'll announce significant changes separately in the app.
